BirthdayReminder.uk helps you manage birthday reminders, including optional email and SMS notifications and AI gift suggestions.
The service is intended for personal birthday reminders. You agree not to use the service for unrelated or unlawful purposes, including marketing, spam, harassment, or automated mass messaging. You are responsible for ensuring any recipient has consented to receive messages.
We may monitor usage to prevent abuse and protect the service. If we detect excessive, suspicious, or abusive activity, we may suspend or terminate access without notice and, where appropriate, revoke premium features without refund. We may also refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
We strive for reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Delivery of email and SMS reminders can be affected by third-party providers, carrier filtering, or network issues outside of our control.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Premium features may require payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and billing issues should be directed to support.
You only receive reminders if you opt in. You can disable reminders at any time in your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BirthdayReminder.uk and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or GBP 25, whichever is lower.
